Refund policy

We want you to feel good about ordering. Here is how refunds and returns work.

Founding batch / pre-orders: if you reserve from a founding batch before it ships, you can cancel for a full refund any time before dispatch - just email us.

14-day cancellation (Consumer Contracts Regulations): as a UK consumer you can cancel within 14 days of receiving your order. As this is a consumable food supplement, this applies to unopened, sealed pouches in resaleable condition. Once the seal is broken we cannot accept a return for hygiene and food-safety reasons, unless the item is faulty.

Faulty, damaged or wrong items: tell us within 14 days with a photo and we will replace or refund in full, including delivery. This does not affect your statutory rights.

How to start a return: email hello@dontloseyou.co.uk with your order number and we will confirm the return address. Change-of-mind return postage is your responsibility; we cover it for faulty items.

Refunds: approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
